A lot can happen in a short time.

It’s been two years since Winter Park marketing agency Findsome & Winmore founded a hyperlocal, digital news platform, and named it after the City’s most identifiable ZIP code.

The ZIP code 32789 is the home of local icons including Park Avenue, Rollins College, Winter Park City Hall, The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art, and the Winter Park Farmers’ Market. But its namesake is home for a talented group of storytellers and designers working to spotlight the people, places, and events that enrich our community.

Our coverage has included the opening of SpringHill Suites, new tenant announcements for the Winter Park Village rehab, and news on Winter Park’s old library building. It’s also been our pleasure to introduce you to locals making a positive impact on the Central Florida community, from the founders of Army of Angels to Winter Park’s own MS Challah Mama. And we’re just getting started.

As we strive to inform and entertain our community, none of it is possible without your support. You inspire ideas. You participate in interviews and photo shoots. You search for and read our coverage. As storytellers, creators, and most of all, neighbors, we thank you for supporting us.

the32789 is committed to sharing our work without subscriptions or paywalls. As we continue, we are inviting your partnership as a member of The Flock, a Support Local Journalism campaign to grow our ability to tell your stories.

We are grateful for our first two years, eager to begin our third, and inspired to work for you and with you.
