On Friday, February 19, Mayor Steve Leary will deliver an address reflecting on the City of Winter Park’s achievements in 2020 at the annual State of the City Luncheon. The event, which is cohosted by the City of Winter Park and the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, will take place at The Alfond Inn from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Previous speeches have included information on the city’s finances, construction projects such as utilities and road work, as well as updates to the city’s parks and trails, progress on the new library construction and any upcoming projects.
In addition to the mayor’s presentation, the city’s Employee of the Year awards will be announced.
