Orange County Libraries Now Offering Reciprocal Borrowing Cards to Winter Park and Maitland Residents

Share This:

New Reciprocal Borrowing Cards allow Winter Park and Maitland residents to check out books and other materials at any of the Orange County Library System branches. Holding privileges, electronic resources such as e-books and databases, and the use of public computers are not available under this membership.

Winter Park and Maitland residents may visit any Orange County Library location to sign up for a Reciprocal Borrowing Card. A Winter Park or Maitland library card, valid Florida driver license, or a current Florida identification card reflecting a resident’s correct street address must be presented upon registration. Users must renew cards on an annual basis to remain active.
