Inside Florida’s First Superica

Popular Tex-Mex restaurant brand Superica hosted a preview event at its Winter Park location on the evening of Saturday, Nov. 4. Located at 415 S. Orlando Ave., suite 211, the 5,000-square-foot eatery is the company’s first in Florida and offers two indoor dining areas and two patios.

The menu features wood-grilled steaks, smoked chicken, and a wide selection of Tex-Mex favorites including street-style tacos, enchiladas, and fajitas. Superica is also known for its made-from-scratch cocktails and margaritas using fresh juices, real sugar, and agave nectar

“Because this is a new market for us, we wanted to keep the drink menu pretty closely in-line with our classic Superica menu,” beverage director Lara Creasy told the32789. “Superica favorites like the Matador, Highwayman, Red Headed Stranger, La Paloma and Ginger Margarita – which is fast becoming a classic – will be on the menu.”

Soft opening lunch and dinner service is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 10, and Saturday, Nov. 11, with regular daily service beginning on Monday, Nov. 13. The restaurant will be open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner with brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Hours and information for Superica Winter Park are not yet available on the company website, call 407-919-6671 for more information.
