Winter Park’s former Marlow’s Tavern location is getting a new tenant.
According to a recent LinkedIn post by Forness Properties, LLC, the 6,150 square-foot space at 1008 Orlando Ave. has been leased to Chelsie DiPaolo, the former owner of Proper & Wild vegan restaurant in Winter Park.
A sign that reads “She’s Back… xoxo,” was placed at the Orlando Avenue side of the building but no further information is provided as to the new concept or an opening date.
According to the post, Bobby Palta of Southeast Retail Group represented DiPaolo in the transaction. The post did not provide a timeline for when the new concept might open.
