A new shop, Loving Thyself Rocks, is coming soon to Park Avenue in the space formerly occupied by Violet Clover and the John Craig pop-up shop located at 339 S Park Ave. Loving Thyself Rocks is a custom rock retailer that will offer crystals, sound healing, meditation, and home décor. According to a recent social post, the shop will host a weekend-long event for its grand opening on November 11 through November 14 from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.
Loving Thyself Rocks is owned and operated by Rachel and Joel Hancock, a husband-and-wife duo who founded the shop in 2018. Rachel was an Orlando Magic dancer and Miss Florida Outstanding Teen in 2011, and Joel served as a United States Marine for six years before the pair created their retail business.
“We have been working so hard to get the store ready in time,” the retailers wrote in a social post. “So much love and care [is] going into our baby and we hope you will come and enjoy this peaceful experience we are trying to create for you all. To us, it is about spreading love into this growing community and welcoming new people with open arms.”
Currently, over 200,000 people follow the Loving Thyself Rocks Instagram account, however, the rock retailer did not respond when the32789 asked for a comment on the new space.
