Joanie Stoddard fills hundreds of orders each year for a growing list of clients that ranges from residents to businesses. Arrangements are made at her W. Canton Ave. studio and from a mobile service that lets her create on-the-spot with inspiration from the colors and vibe of the client’s environment. The unique boutique offers a wide selection of fashion- and designer-inspired jewelry and accessories. Styles range from classically understated to beautifully bold. Scarves, hats, handbags, and more are available in a range of colors and styles.

M’ama Napoli Italian Bakery & Deli: 965 S. Orlando Ave., 321-972-6525

The authentic Italian bakery/deli features traditional Neapolitan recipes and hard-to-find imported goods. Classic pastries, from cannoli to sfogliatella, are offered alongside fresh breads, pizza, and sandwiches made with imported meats and cheeses. Advanced ordering is not yet available, but baked goods are restocked twice daily. And grocery shelves are stocked with imported pasta, canned and jarred goods, even Italian-made cleaning products.

The holidays are all about comfort food and MS Challah Mama’s twist on a traditional bread recipe adds plenty of flavor. Sweet and savory varieties of Challah are available along with Babka and cinnamon buns. Ten Thousand Villages is a nonprofit, fair trade retailer that works directly with artist communities rather than large-scale commercial producers. For the artisans, a maker-to-market business practice allows profits to stay in their communities to positively impact lives through transparent pricing agreements, fair wages, and safe working conditions. For the consumers, unique hand-made items create for a one-of-a kind shopping and gift-giving experience.
