Martin Luther King, Jr. Park welcomed trick-or-treaters of all ages as the city of Winter Park threw its fourth Halloween Trunk Fest on Saturday, Oct. 26. Volunteers handed out treats at more than 20 stations presented by local businesses and community organizations during a night of family fun that included games, music, and plenty of candy.
Planning for the event begins in August with social media and community notices posting in early October. Winter Park’s inaugural Trunk Fest drew 500 guests with that number doubling over the lasted two years.
