Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) recently announced that the Winter Park campus of Orange Technical College, located at 901 W. Webster Ave., will be relocating to East Orlando near UCF in august of 2023. According to Lauren Roth, Senior Manager of Facilities and Communications for OCPS, the Winter Park campus will continue operations through the 2022-2023 school year.
Also, according to Roth, OCPS plans to retain the site of the Webster Ave. facility after the relocation. The location has been operational since its opening in 1974.
Orange Technical College has five campuses in Orange County and has 6,241 students enrolled in adult general education, 8,350 students in postsecondary education, and 51,760 students enrolled in secondary education.
