Soseki, one of Winter Park’s latest soon-to-open eateries, is hosting a collection of soft opening events at its new location 955 W. Fairbanks Avenue. Starting Thursday, March 18, Soseki will invite diners to enjoy its “modern take on omakase and multi-course dining” for the first time.

Last October, chefs Denni Cha and Michael Collantes shared their vision for Soseki. Now, they’re preparing to host the restaurant’s inaugural guests. During a 1.5 to 2-hour service, the chefs plan to “bring our guests on a journey of discovery from our own pasts to what excites us as evolving chefs.”

They’ve also introduced a new chef to the team just this month, chef Tadateru Tokudaiji (CJ). “Having traveled to 195 countries, chef CJ brings with him a wealth of knowledge and talent that we look forward to bringing into the Orlando food scene,” the site states.

Boasting a personal, intimate experience, Soseki will be a reservation-only establishment and serve no more than 10 guests at a time. Prepaid reservations are available for parties of one to eight guests at $135 per person for the following dates: March 18-21, March 24-28, and March 31-April 4. Registration is now open.
