A 6,384-square-foot Winter Park home is back on the market just months after being purchased by Orlando Magic guard-forward Evan Fournier. The estate, which sold to the NBA player for $2.9 million, was listed for $3.9 million on December 5.

Situated on the Winter Park Chain of Lakes, the home features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, expansive dining and living spaces, and a newly renovate kitchen. The 2.15-acre property also has a boathouse, dock, and two-car garage.

Julie Bettosini, co-founder of Orlando-based Stockworth Realty Group, is representing Fournier in the sale. She could not be reached for comment at the time of publishing.

Winter Park’s luxury home market has been experiencing a strong fourth quarter thus far. With inventory of all types of residential real estate at a five-year low in zip code 32789, the demand for homes is exceeding supply, indicating what is known in the real estate industry as a “seller’s market.” According to the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, the average home sale in the area is currently $677K.

The downstairs family room features a brick fireplace and lake view.
The home’s kitchen is newly renovated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The upstairs master suite has french doors with access to a private balcony.
The back of the home features exposed, red brick and large patio.
The property sits on Lake Maitland, part of the Winter Park Chain of Lakes.
