First Watch will be opening a new location in Winter Park in March 2021. The breakfast, brunch and lunch chain is expected to close its Maitland location and move the staff to the 4,000-sqaure-foot restaurant at 140 N. Orlando Avenue in Winter Park.
Unlike most First Watch locations, this restaurant will highlight a cocktail bar, which will include a vodka and kale tonic.
The location was previously occupied by Cinco Tacos and Tequila.
