City Launches @YourRequest Online Service

On July 1, the City of Winter Park officially launched @YourRequest, a new online service that will allow residents to easily submit requests for city services directly from their smart phone, tablet, or computer. This service creates the opportunity for users to quickly report non-emergency issues such as cracked sidewalks, potholes, power outages, code compliance issues, and more via an easily accessible virtual platform.

“We are in such a unique time right now where in-person contact is not the preferred method of communication due to COVID-19,” said Michelle Neuner, assistant city manager. “@YourRequest is a robust online tool that allows you to let the city know of any issues that need to be addressed, provide photos of the area, if desired, and submit them quickly.”

All submissions will be directed to the proper department to be addressed as efficiently as possible. A comprehensive list of frequently asked questions with accompanying answers is also available through the site.

The @YourRequest tool can be visited at cityofwinterpark.org/AtYourRequest.
