Artistry Restaurants will add another eatery to its Park Avenue portfolio while taking over a well-known address. The Winter Park-based hospitality group announced it will bring Oak & Stone to the former home of 310 Park South. The location will also serve as the brand’s Central Florida flagship.
“We are honored to take over the space and bring a new neighborhood favorite to Winter Park,” said Artistry Restaurants Chief Operating Officer, Jason Brooks, in a prepared statement. “Much like 310 Park South, our Oak & Stone locations have become fast favorites among locals as a fun and dynamic place to gather, share and enjoy. We hope to bring that same experience to Winter Park.”
The announcement comes a week after Artistry’s debut of The Chapman and less than a month after the final seating at 310 Park South. Artistry Executive Vice President, Mitch Goff, previously told the32789 that the group had acquired 310 Park South from former owners, JM Hospitality. JM owner Joanne McMahon said the 26-year-old establishment needed a rehab that she was simply not able to tackle. “It needs a change; to be gutted and rebranded and I really don’t have the help or the time to do it.”
Artistry currently operates 50 restaurants in five states across seven brands. The number currently includes seven Oak & Stone locations along Florida’s Gulf Coast and three Park Avenue restaurants: The Chapman, Boca, and Atlantic Beer & Oyster.
Oak & Stone serves brunch, lunch, and dinner in a casual, tavern-style dining area. A diverse menu of unique dishes is offered along with 12 styles of artisan pizza. And a self-serve beer wall boasts 40-60 craft brew taps, operated by guests via digital key bracelets. No specific timeline for the Oak & Stone Park Avenue opening has been given, but Artistry representatives say it is slated to open later this year.
