Wild Fork Foods, a Miami-based meat and seafood market, is officially open in Winter Park. Located on the corner of Fairbanks and Orlando Avenues, the new market is currently occupying the former Mattress One building at 625 S. Orlando Ave. and will offer unique menu offerings and a variety of meat, poultry, and seafood selections for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
Wild Fork Foods offers consumers a “farm to fork” experience by removing the middleman to receive its products directly from the source. Using a technique Wild Fork called “blast freezing,” the meat is preserved at frozen temperatures until purchased, which is also available for same-day delivery and in-store pickup.
“We’re excited to expand Wild Work in Florida with our new store in Winter Park,” Wild Fork Foods CEO Vicente Trius said. “With more than 700 products [available] we believe that our store will be a welcome addition to the community.”
The new 1,985-square-foot location, which is the 11th brick-and-mortar location and 14th overall for the brand. Wild Fork Foods is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
