Warby Parker, the New York City-based online retailer of prescription glasses and sunglasses, will be opening a retail store on Park Avenue this fall. The store will open at 356 S. Park Ave. in the space previously occupied by jewelry store ALEX AND ANI, less than a block from SEE Eyewear, an optometrist and eyeglass store on Park Avenue.
According to a spokesperson from the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, the store will be opening around October 16, 2021.
Warby Parker locations sell eyeglasses, sunglasses, contacts, eyewear accessories, and also offer eye exams.
The company has recently posted an array of job openings for the new location, including positions for an optometrist, licensed optical manager, sales advisor, and licensed optical supervisor.
