The iconic attraction, Winter Park Scenic Boat Tours, has officially reopened its dock and boats to the public since closing for multiple weeks as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The staff is taking appropriate measures to ensure the health and safety of the drivers and passengers. The operator is implementing social distancing on the dock and boats indicated by tape markings, face mask requirements, spaced out seating and sanitizing between tours.

The tour is an hour-long exploration of the Winter Park chain of lakes, traveling through canals and under bridges, featuring historic homes and other famous Winter Park landmarks that sit on the shores of the chain. The former home of Fred Rogers’ family, the Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens and Rollins College are just a few of the locations included on the tour.

Tours begin every day at 10 a.m. and run every hour until the final tour, which departs at 4 p.m. To help control current passenger capacities, Winter Park Scenic Boat tour asks guests to call ahead and book their time at 407-644-4056.
